When emotions run high, it’s hard to let things go. So we’re prone to verbal smack-downs (just about three pose sets in this list, I promise), harsh debates and explosive confrontations — but some people are just looking for a good fight. We can’t all be that way.
So here are some of my favorite Sims 4 custom argument poses, because why shouldn’t we make the drama of daily life as beautiful and fun as possible?

It’s no secret that the internet is rife with misunderstanding, semi-serious, semi-passionate disagreements over the future of the relationship. Who forgot to unload the dishwasher for the nth time. Arguments happen. They are totally normal and a part of life. Whenever an argument happens, it usually happens in one of three ways: standing, sitting or alternating between standing and sitting. In this case, your Sim can stand to emphasize their sheer displeasure or sit to show they’re not in the mood for a discussion.

Get your emotions out with this pose pack! Exhibit A: this pose pack by joannebernice. It’s the perfect addition to any emotional collection, but especially useful for those who are prone to anger and grief. You can totally see her restrained anger and grief—with a little frustration, sorrow, heartache, and overall unhappiness mixed in.
These two Sims are having one of the more agree-able breakups in all of Sim history. Sim A is definitely trying to move out, but Sim B has no intention of letting them. There’s a lot of room to play with these poses — you could say that they’re the most flexible arguing poses across The Gallery.

4/15. Sims 4 Argue Poses – joannebernice
These six poses are perfect for a Sims couple that’s having some fun with arguing! They’re great if you want your Sims to work through their emotions and have a bit of fun at the same time. The poses come in at an FPS of 12, so they could be used on slower computers too.
This pose set looks to be quite dynamic, and certainly shows a lot of emotion. It’s highly versatile, as I’ve experimented with different models in the game — male and female. No clipping occurred during my experiments, so you’re safe to mix it up!

5/15. Sims 4 Poses Hands Off from Girl – joannebernice
I’d like to preface this one by saying that these items are probably best used as dramatic fighting pose packs for your Sims. (I think we can all agree that the pack’s name is the best part of this product.)
These poses are fun, but also intense. So if you’re not a big fan of punching your friends or having them punch you, this pack may be best avoided. Otherwise, these new pictures will be an absolute treat to use.

This pose pack is full of strong, powerful poses, but also has a softer side with a few tender moments. Who wouldn’t love to see their characters in deep conversation with loved ones? This set is not meant to be ‘serious’, but rather something that can be fun and played around with. Bring your characters to life with this powerful pose pack!
The Sims 4 is a surprisingly powerful tool for learning about human behavior and relationships. My Sims were always in the midst of high-strung relationship drama, which made for some excellent practice when gauging the feelings of people around me. Watch them interact with each other is your chance to learn some lessons about interpersonal communication.

7/15. Sims 4 Arguing – Pandora
At the end of a long tiring day, we know that you’re looking to relax. As am I. But once again, you have someone who just wants to yell at you. You shrug and expect them to let it go, but they don’t. So you do your best to calm yourself down, and say sorry, so that they drop it and you can finally relax.
The Arguing… pose pack is a unique set of poses for Victoria 4. It shows how to take two people who love each other and make them hate each other in just a few simple steps. The angry romance can be quite funny, but it’s also very powerful and expressive.

8/15. Sims 4 #12 Poses of Couple – rinvalee
Maybe it’s because I just saw the last episode of Breaking Bad and my emotions are still a bit out of control, but isn’t the point of poses to make you feel something? That’s what makes them awesome. This pose set from rinvalee is just so… warm. I can’t even tell you how much I want to hug every single one of these poses.

9/15. Sims 4 Igglemouse’s Arguments – igglemouse
One Sim on the defensive, one Sim seething. Two people, two attitudes — no one knew what to expect when these Sims stepped up to the plate. But when they did… well, we can’t all be screaming over each other. And when it came to the last pose, I guess a lot of people got a little too riled up. We can be truly illogical when emotions are high.

10/15. Sims 4 Pose Pack Who is She? – sim_plyreality
It’s a pose pack! And I love the way the poses progress through the plot concept, from suspicion to anger to violent confrontation. What happened was that Sim A discovered chee- Wait, where were we? Oh yes: there are plenty of variations in the facial expressions, the gestures and body language — you just know this fight dragged on! They didn’t need to include the solo shots, but they did. Just to really build the narrative.

11/15. Sims 4 Arguing Poses You Home Late! – wishelsims
This is a basic fighting pose set that I decided to share with you after spending an hour or so going through the EA posing archive and getting annoyed at how repetitive it all was. After stumbling on this set, I decided that if I’m going to put so much effort into downloading poses from the archive, then I might as well showcase at least one that stands out rather than just repeat what’s already been said.
The pose quality here more than makes up for the limited options — they are absolutely wonderful. No offense to the other sets, of course, all three of which are excellent because they are, after all, the work of the talented Zazie. But the poses in this set are just so well done that I can’t help but to sing their praises.

12/15. Sims 4 #2 Art of Arguing – something-wicked-sims
The Art of Argument is a super creative short story written by one of the best authors I know. It explores the relationship between two people who are apparently very passionate in their own views on a certain topic. The author has poured so much heart and soul into writing this piece, it’s impossible not to fall in love with the characters and their struggles.
While many Sims couples argue and fight in-game, few are portrayed as truly annoyed or frustrated at their partner. While there’s nothing wrong with a playful bickering match, I love “The One About Friends” by Kelly and Jade Sims for showing the more realistic side of dating: that sometimes you just need a break and the whole thing can be exhausting.

13/15. Sims 4 Angry Drunk Crazy Poses – joannebernice
These poses are inspired by the bros we all know, who like to get their drink on and have some fun with their buddies. Entirely suitable for after-work relaxation, not that we would ever condone such behaviour. These poses are great for those of us (and there are plenty of us) who aren’t entirely comfortable with public displays of affection (or violence).
This collection features a group of sixteen poses: half of them involve some variation of arm wrestling, and the other half are floor wrestling variations. If you’re looking for fight scenes that include two people, where both are grappling with one another, then this is just what you need!

14/15. Sims 4 I Don’t Love You Don’t Tell Me Pose Pack – sim_plyreality
So the plot for this pack, according to the creator, is how two Sims who used to date and are now broken up start arguing about mysterious things that could possibly be cliches or rom com plots. The creator says that one Sim keeps accusing the other of never loving her, which causes the other Sim to lose his temper and threaten violence (“THROWING HANDS” as he put it).
Empower your users to put themselves in the shoes of their favorite characters. Imagine that you could be any character from your favorite television show! Now, imagine putting yourself into one of these nine poses with this costume kit. It’s like being a part of the story!
