When I think of fashion, the first thing that comes to mind is sneakers. Sneakers are the shoes that you want to be wearing if you want to look cool and fly. If you’re not wearing them, you’ll definitely be making a style misstep. Everybody knows it, everybody does it. And who has time for that? Not me! I love shoes and I’m always doing my research on the latest styles available.

This year, female Sims in The Sims 4 will be able to wear sneakers. There’s a wide variety of styles available, you can choose something with color, embellishments or ankle support – and all shoes are now categorized separately. They look just as good on male Sims too, so get those feet looking good!

These sneakers are definitely kickin’ it! If you were to make a play on words, these might be your favorite pair. This particular pair can at times look like boots. The fact that they come in several colors and a variety of patterns makes it easy to match them with your favorite outfit. Almost any color would go well with these pretty kicks!

This means your Sim will be able to show off their kicks without covering them up with bootcut pants. That’s still an option, though — if you give your Sim some bootcut pants, they’ll appear as normal. These jeans have a streetwear vibe, so they’re at home in any hipster hangout.

These canvas beauties are my favorite footwear, personally, but they’re especially susceptible to stains, tears, and other grungy little details that make them one of a kind. And again, they’re canvas… which means you can write on them and it won’t go away easily.

They’re the most realistic shoes I’ve ever seen, and will give you an extra bit of actual believability. I mean, am I really supposed to believe that you can wear one pair of shoes without ever having to buy new ones your whole life? Pfft! These have a myriad of little stains, scrawls and dust marks, plus the iconic Converse logo itself.

These shoes are so cool! And the materials used are just great. You can feel that this is a high-quality pair of shoes, but the design is casual enough to wear with jeans and go to Starbucks or whatever. I like wearing my new kicks with a good pair of jeans and a black shirt — it’s my look, you know?

These sneakers are blazin’ hot sassafrags! What really made it click for me was when I finally recognized you simply recolored the default shades. You might be surprised to learn just how much of an impact a little color can have on things. Well… kind of.

The creator of these shoes has literally changed the game with their custom swatches. It’s amazing to feel like your shoes are brand new, yet still be useful. Originally I thought the difference between a plain sneaker and a customized one was minimal, but now I’m a true believer!
