Pride is a time of the year when everyone gets to celebrate how awesome they are. It’s a time when people don’t feel like they’re being forgotten, because they’re not! Best of all, it’s a holiday that happens every single day! Go you!
For all of Pride Month, I was reminded that community is important, and it’s totally worth it to be proud of that. It’s not just about joy, you know — sometimes pride comes from knowing there are other people out there like you. Even if they’re completely different from you in every way.
