10 Best Sims 4 Selfie Pose Packs For Simstagram

If you’ve already been working on your brand strategy, you’ll know that one huge part of it is finding your niche. “Genre” is the French word for genre, which means “kind”, and refers to artistic styles. Finding your genre means finding a kind of content that you can make every day, and will never get stale. But how do you know if you’ve found it? There are only so many expressions that look good on you.

Selfie poses are all well and good, but aren’t they a little outdated now? Just a mere fad from 2013, when people were more concerned with filtering their Instagram photos than blowing the world up with nukes. I think we’ve come a long way since then — for instance, your Sims can have full body tattoos now — and that’s just the beginning of what’s in store for The Sims 4.

The selfie poses – or your own poses, for that matter – can be done with Veiga Sims’ Selfie Pack of Poses for Guys. A pack that’s every bit as well-executed and expressive set of Girl Selfie, but with a differentiating naming system.

Pose names, the struggle is real. If you follow any creators on YouTube, you’ll notice that they never seem to follow a clear convention when it comes to naming their poses. This makes it really hard to create recolorable content using only stock resources — especially for creators who are trying to keep their costs down.

2/10. Sims 4 Female Selfie

If you’re looking to add some personality to your sims and their selfies, look no further than this awesome pose pack by simmerid! These poses will give your sims a bit more attitude, and the right mix of sass and class. I particularly enjoy the ‘get it’ pose, which was originally called “whatcha lookin’ at?” on the Marketplace, but has been aptly renamed by simmerid.

The other poses available at the store are great, but those two really stood out to me. In the first, she’s looking off to the side with a shy smile, and in the second she’s giving a little kiss to the camera. There’s nothing particularly unique about these poses — there are quite a few characters already in MLP that are shy and give kissy-faces.

4/10. Sims 4 Selfie Friends Pose Pack

Your Sim has been invited to an exclusive fashion show sponsored by Lolita Couture. The show is a huge deal, and sure to attract the eyes of everyone in town. What’s more, the venue just so happens to be designed by none other than your Sim’s BFF — who, incidentally, also happens to live nearby. Not only that, but they’ll be showing off some new designs from their own brand, Nightlight Creations.

Seriously, these poses are the best of both worlds — cool, but not overly so. They’re just a little more exciting than default, and a lot more natural than stances. In fact, everyone from Youtubers to Twitch streamers have been using them. Give your game a fresh look by trying some new poses out!

5/10. Sims 4 Selfie Queen Pose Pack

Katverse is a great, fun way to make your characters look a little less dull. It’s full of expressions that are clear, distinct and understatedly cartoony. The poses work on both Maxis Match and Alpha CC and they’re all compatible with Studio, which is good news if you’ve invested in that brand-new version of the game.

A good picture says a thousand words. But what if you have a great picture and no words to go with it? Well, that’s where online stores come in! If you have excellent product photography, you can use it to tell a story about the product, making your customer much more likely to buy from you. The Blueberry Bubble Bath from LispySimmer is a unique bathing tool that adds elegance to your sims’ everyday — no matter what the situation. It offers a relaxing bubble bath experience, regardless of whether you’re in an indoor or outdoor area. Its six poses for females and four for males are well-executed, fitting on all standard clothing without an issue and won’t need any mods to work with either!

The poses and pre-made expressions you can use in The Sims are the best I’ve seen in the series to date. They really capture the essence of the influencers we see all over social media. I’ve gotten some killer shots with them!

7/10. Sims 4 Pose Pack Girl Selfie

While the standard Veiga Sim’s selfie poses are an effective way to capture a beautiful shot, I’m always looking for better and more dynamic ways to express emotion. And that’s why I love Veiga Sim’s Girl Selfie Pose Pack Set #2. This new set of group selfie poses allows your Sims to show their full range of emotions in just a picture or two.

I can attest that these chiseled AF faces translate quite well, even on my unmodded, default EA faces. My screenshot skills could use some work, though… Could you tell I’ve never taken a selfie before? These chiseled AF faces have six poses. They’re all variations of “confident”.

8/10. Sims 4 Selfie Mirror

The best way to step up your TS4 photography game is by taking photos that actually look real, and Narokissims created some of the best poses that do just that – they’ll make you feel like you’re taking Instagram selfies in real life, but with camera angles (and lighting) that look lab-crafted.

9/10. Sims 4 V.2 Selfie Mirror Poses

The Blissful Animations pose pack: 20 hand-animated poses for any situation and mood, for both Male and Female avatars. The most thorough expression pack on the list, hands down — and it’s also my favorite. No contest.

You’re not going to believe how much work and energy went into this content pack. It’s so, so worth it. The poses run the gamut from normal, everyday stuff to leaning against the wall with a hand on their hip — and everything between! They look great, they match your art style, and they’re just plain awesome.
10/10 would buy again . . . because I just did a second time.

When taking your Simstagram selfies, don’t forget to smile! Make sure you have that pregnant glow on full display and all the wide eyes a baby can muster. After all, if it isn’t obvious that you’re having fun with your pregnancy, how will anyone be convinced you were made for each other?

It’s a selfie stick that goes on your head. It’s basically the same concept as the selfie stick you’re used to, with one key difference: it goes on your head. With all of that extra space, you can take selfies that look super weird and off-center without any help!
